Laurie Sutherlin
Founder & CEO
Laurie Sutherlin founded TEAL Staffing after more than 20 years of delivering high-impact staffing solutions across technology and professional services.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Finance, Laurie has partnered with organizations ranging from fast-growing startups to multibillion-dollar enterprises.
She founded TEAL to bring together strategic precision, operational leadership, and people-first values, guided by the principles behind the TEAL name: Talent, Excellence, Authenticity, and Leadership.
